Job summary

Unijobs, on behalf of our public sector client, seeks a Project Support in Ireland for a 12-month temporary assignment. The role offers a 35-hour week, an annualised €52,757 salary, and a hybrid working arrangement with attendance for meetings as required.

The candidate will support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and administrative tasks while ensuring efficient operations and deployment of programme tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects within an organisation, preferably healthcare.
  • Experience with project planning, report development, and project management tools.
  • Experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders must be clearly demonstrated.
  • Clinical experience or experience working within clinical teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project team in the implementation phase of the programme.
  • Support stakeholder engagement with regular interactions at national and regional level.
  • Provide project support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical aspects of projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support in the deployment of programme tools and templates.
  • Coordinate, schedule and support meetings and activities.
  • Project Support may be allocated to a workstream for efficient resource use for the contract duration.

Project Support - National (BBBH11264) Republic of Ireland

Salary: EUR52757 - EUR52757 per annum + 30 days AL + Bank Holidays

Unijobson behalf of our public sector client currently have a requirement for a suitably skilledProject Support.

This is atemporaryposition; the initial contract duration isfor 12 monthswith the possibility of extension thereafter. This location for this position isflexible(must be residing in Ireland) and is also working off ahybrid model, and you must be able to attend meetings when required.

Based off a35-hour work weekthe successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid anhourly rate of €28.89based off anannualised salary of €52,757.00and willaccrue 30 days' annual leaveper year along withpublic holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the function, the project support is expected to support the project team in the implementation phase of the programme.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement with regular interactions at national and regional level.
  • Providing project support to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supporting the administrative and clerical aspects of projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support in the deployment of programme tools and templates.
  • Co-ordinate, schedule and support meetings and activities.
  • Project Support may be allocated to a workstream in the programme and aligned project tasks. This is to ensure efficient use and maximisation of resource expertise and availability for the duration of the contract.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of successfully supporting the delivery of projectswithin an organisation, preferably (but not necessarily) for healthcare and this must be clearly demonstrated in the submission.
  • Experience of project planning, report development and project management tools.
  • Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders must be clearly demonstrated in the submission.
  • Clinical experience or experience working within clinical teams would be an advantage.

Business Competencies:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to present information in a confident and logical manner.
  • Demonstrate experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the impact of projects is maximised.
  • An ability to quickly build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Good ICT, administration, presentation and report writing skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to support the development and delivery of a project plan.
  • Ability to work with the other project or programme units to ensure that projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner.
  • Displays a commitment to achieving quality results.
  • Demonstrates an ability to perform various business analysis activities as deemed necessary for the project.
  • Demonstrates good problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrable willingness to take on responsibility.
