Job summary

NexVentur is recruiting a Project Manager for a residential development in Lucan, Co. Dublin.

You will take responsibility for delivering projects from planning through to completion, managing the programme, resources and site teams while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and the client. You should have a strong residential construction background with experience delivering projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

NexVentur is recruiting Project Managers – Lucan, Dublin

We’re currently recruiting Project Managers for a leading building and civil engineering contractor working on a residential development in Lucan, Co. Dublin.

The project is currently underway and involves the construction of new residential units along with associated site development and infrastructure works.

We’re looking to speak with experienced Project Managers with a strong background in residential construction who can take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion.

The role:

• Project-based position in Lucan
• Residential construction project
• Managing programme, resources and project delivery
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and site teams
• Monitoring progress, quality, costs and deadlines
• Working closely with the client, design team and senior management

Experience required:

• Previous Project Management experience in construction
• Strong residential construction background
• Experience managing projects from start to completion
• Strong commercial, planning and organisational skills
