Job summary

Elite Talent Hub is currently partnering with a well-established main contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a new Residential & Commercial project in Cahir, Co. Tipperary.

The role oversees full delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control and the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, manage programme milestones, maintain client and design team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role.
• Background in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership and team management capability.
• Good commercial awareness and cost control experience.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, or Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and drive programme to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain clear communication with the client, design team, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee site resources including labour, materials, and plant.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and issue regular progress reports to senior management and client.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and approvals.
• Coordinate and manage BCAR documentation throughout the project.
