Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment seeks a Project Manager on behalf of a leading Irish residential developer. The role covers Meath, North Dublin and Louth with a long-term pipeline and clear progression path.

You will oversee delivery of high-spec projects, manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships from start to finish, and drive programmes, budgets and safety in a fast-paced main contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level degree or trade background.
• 2-5 years as a project manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of residential construction projects, managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships from start to completion.
• Plan, monitor, and drive project programmes to ensure milestones, quality standards, and handover requirements are achieved on time.
• Oversee project budgets, variations, procurement, and commercial performance in collaboration with the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and coordinate design and technical information to support efficient project delivery.
• Prepare project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide effective leadership in a fast-paced main contracting environment, with proven residential project management experience essential.
