Job summary

NexVentur is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a residential development in Lucan, Co. Dublin. The role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating works, and maintaining the project programme while upholding health, safety, and quality standards on site.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and the wider site team to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to project requirements.

We’re currently recruiting Site Managers for a leading building and civil engineering contractor working on a residential development in Lucan, Co. Dublin.

The project is currently underway and involves the construction of new residential units along with associated site development and infrastructure works.

We’re looking to speak with experienced Site Managers with a strong background in residential construction.
