Global Professional Consultants are recruiting a Project Manager to join a leading property developer in Bray, Co. Wicklow. You will manage trade contractors, coordinate site activities, and ensure works meet drawings and specifications on a large apartments project.

Reporting to the engineering/PM team, you will monitor progress, manage resources, oversee H&S compliance, and run contractor meetings. A proven track record in residential development is essential.

Aufgaben

• Manage trade contractors and coordinate site activities to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all works are built to approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee the Engineering team and ensure accurate setting out and construction processes.
• Monitor progress and report against the project programme.
• Ensure resources are in place to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure H&S compliance on site, including contractor adherence to approved RAMS.
• Coordinate site works to minimise disruption to the internal fit-out team.
• Chair contractor progress meetings and issue programme updates.
• Liaise with the design team and raise RFIs as required.
• Monitor and close out defects, snags, and BCAR items promptly.
• Identify potential programme risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Use project management software to track quality and progress of works.
