Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Project Manager for residential development sites in South Dublin and Wicklow. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion, coordinating internal teams and external consultants to keep projects on programme.

Requirements include a proven track record in residential development or construction project management, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Project. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in residential development or construction project management.
• Experience developing and maintaining construction/build programmes.
• Experience coordinating and leading Design Team meetings.
• Experience managing or overseeing external Project Managers, consultants and contractors.
• Experience acting as client/developer representative on construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Managing project timelines, budgets, resources and overall project delivery.
• Creating, developing and maintaining detailed build programmes using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to programme.
• Acting as the company's key point of contact for direct-build sites and overseeing day-to-day project delivery.
• Leading and coordinating Design Team meetings and ensuring milestones are tracked.
• Monitoring construction progress against programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards and planning requirements.
• Preparing regular project reports for stakeholders and senior management.
