Job summary

Global Professional Consultants are supporting a leading developer in recruiting an experienced Project Manager to drive a major apartment development in South Dublin. This is a senior delivery role focused on quality, schedule and cost control across the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in large-scale residential construction, a related degree, and strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders, plus a track record of delivering apartments on

Qualifications

• 7+ years post-qualification experience in project delivery.
• Experience delivering apartment blocks or large-scale residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works meet quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards in line with permits.
• Prepare and deliver the Project Execution Plan with procurement, programme and budget targets.
• Own the commercial delivery of the project with cost control and value creation.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and design teams to drive performance.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders including authorities, partners and communities.
• Oversee the full lifecycle from inception to completion and aftersales.
• Lead value engineering and deployment of best-in-class building systems.
• Provide leadership to the construction team and ensure adequate resources.
• Set clear standards of behaviour and accountability for project teams.
