Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale residential apartment development in South Dublin. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for delivery, reporting to the Contracts Director.

You will manage the site team, contractors and design consultants, oversee programme, cost, quality and risk, and ensure compliance with CDM and health and safety requirements. A strong residential track record and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Significant experience delivering large-scale residential or apartment developments.
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme and within budget.
• Lead and manage the site management team, subcontractors and design consultants across all phases of construction.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality and risk management throughout the build.
• Manage client, design team and subcontractor relationships, chairing key project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with CDM, Health and Safety, and quality requirements across the project.
• Report project progress, risk and commercial status to senior management and the client.
