The Role

• Coordinating, monitoring, and reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
• Collaborating closely with the design team to ensure seamless adherence to project timelines.
• Providing support to the Contracts Manager to ensure the project's smooth and timely completion.
• Effectively directing and managing personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
• Conducting and coordinating weekly progress meetings, workshops, and action planning.
• Ensuring construction quality while maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Working in tandem with the Senior Engineer to uphold impeccable work standards.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Construction Management or a related field (Third level qualification).
• Hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within a Main Contractor or Property Developer setting.
• Exhibit a proven record of overseeing projects valued at over €20 million, overseeing the entire lifecycle.
• Ideally, have a background in engineering.
• Demonstrate the ability to proficiently manage site programs and associated schedules, with the flexibility to update as required.
• Showcase expertise in handling multiple subcontractors concurrently.
• Display comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint, accompanied by exceptional IT skills and effective digital and visual presentation capabilities.
