Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large apartments project in Bray, Co. Wicklow. You will lead site activities, manage trade contractors, ensure works meet drawings and specs, and report progress against the programme.

Based on site in Wicklow, you will drive H&S compliance, liaise with design team, chair progress meetings, and implement mitigation for risks using project management software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large multi-unit construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and RAMS.
• Ability to coordinate trade contractors and liaise with design teams.

Project Manager – Wicklow

Our client is a leading property developer in Ireland & the UK. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a large apartments project in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage trade contractors and coordinate site activities to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all works are built to approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee the Engineering team and ensure accurate setting out and construction processes.
• Monitor progress and report against the project programme.
• Ensure resources are in place to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure H&S compliance on site, including contractor adherence to approved RAMS.
• Coordinate site works to minimise disruption to the internal fit-out team.
• Chair contractor progress meetings and issue programme updates.
• Liaise with the design team and raise RFIs as required.
• Monitor and close out defects, snags, and BCAR items promptly.
• Identify potential programme risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Use project management software to track quality and progress of works.
