Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential development projects across South Dublin and Wicklow. The role involves direct management of build sites and coordination of external Project Managers as needed.

Responsibilities include planning, budgets, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a construction management degree and strong proficiency in Microsoft Project with driving

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential development or construction project management.
• Experience developing and maintaining construction/build programmes; proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Experience coordinating and leading Design Team meetings; drive actions and deliverables.
• Experience managing or overseeing external Project Managers, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of residential development projects from inception to completion.
• Manage build programmes, budgets, resources and overall delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
• Act as client/developer representative and oversee day-to-day project delivery on direct-build sites.
• Lead Design Team meetings and track actions, deliverables and approvals.
• Monitor progress against programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements and health and safety.
