Job summary

Talent-Curve is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 300-unit residential development in Waterford. You will drive delivery from planning through handover, leading a multi-disciplinary team and coordinating site management, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will manage budgets and programmes, ensuring quality, safety and compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder communication. This permanent role offers an opportunity to lead major residential developments in the South East.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale residential or multi-unit developments.
  • Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
  • Demonstrable experience managing project programmes, budgets, resources and delivery teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, contracts, health & safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the residential development.
  • Lead and manage the project team, ensuring clear objectives, accountability and effective communication.
  • Develop, monitor and manage the overall project programme, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Coordinate the activities of site management teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, costs and commercial performance in conjunction with the commercial team.
  • Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, programme and quality standards.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
  • Review project documentation, drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against programme, quality and contractual requirements.

Our client, a growing Irish Developer, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 300 Unit residential development in Co. Waterford. This a key project leadership position, responsible for driving the development from planning and construction through to completion and handover. This contractor are branching out in the South East and have a number of residential projects coming up in Waterford, Kilkenny and Wexford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the residential development.
