Job summary

Croft Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale residential development in North Dublin. You will lead the programme from planning to handover, managing budget, schedule and quality while coordinating with designers, contractors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Construction Management or Engineering degree, has a proven track record in delivering big residential schemes, and understands the Irish market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large-scale residential projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience within the Irish construction market preferred.

Project Manager Large-Scale Residential Development Location: North Dublin Salary: €100,000 €120,000 + comprehensive benefits package

A leading Developer is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major residential development in North Dublin, comprising approximately 300 units across a mix of houses and apartments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion
• Manage programme, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
• Drive project performance, reporting, and risk management

Requirements

• Proven track record managing large-scale residential projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
