Job summary

Synergy Recruitment Partners is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead laboratory and technical fit-out projects across Ireland. The role requires delivering complex projects from award to handover in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, healthcare, and life-science environments.

You will manage programmes, coordinate site teams and stakeholders, monitor budgets and quality, and ensure safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• PM experience in construction, fit-out or related technical environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory, healthcare or fit-out projects advantageous.
• Strong project planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong commitment to health & safety, quality and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, schedules and delivery plans.
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and installation teams.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality and key milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standards.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues throughout delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Manager – Laboratory / Pharmaceutical Fit-Out

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering high-value laboratory and technical fit-out projects across Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, construction or specialist fit-out projects to take responsibility for complex projects from initial award through to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from award through to completion and handover

Requirements:

• Previous Project Management experience within construction, fit-out or a related technical environment
• Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory, healthcare or specialist fit-out projects would be highly advantageous

• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Strong commitment to health & safety, quality and successful project delivery
