Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is hiring a Project Manager for a large residential project based in Cobh, County Cork. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Ireland or the UK and possess a third-level qualification in Engineering.

The Project Manager will oversee operations, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and manage teams and subcontractors. A competitive salary circa €70k – €80k alongside a benefits package is offered.

Job description

Due to continued growth, new contracts and an extensive pipeline of work, one of my clients are now hiring a Project Manager or Junior Project Manager for a large Residential project based in Cobh, Co.Cork.

Duties

• Management and co-ordination of works on site.
• Ensuring operations are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Liaising with Client Representatives and partaking in meetings.
• Commercial control of day-to-day operations for projects.
• Management of direct crews & sub-contractors.
• To promote high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on site.
• Procurement of materials.
• Develop and deliver the project, on time, to budget, and quality.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in Ireland or the UK.
• Third level qualification in Engineering
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• An excellent communicator and leader who is able to motivate themselves and others to meet stringent deadlines and rise to new challenges with enthusiasm.

Salary

• Salary circa €70k – €80k neg DOE
