Job summary

eir business talent is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager in Ireland to lead a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation. The role focuses on governance, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities across Finance and Procurement functions.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and risks, and coordinate with external partners and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time go-live and achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Programme Management delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading or playing a senior role in a full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules and associated business processes.
• Experience managing programme governance, budgets, risks, and executive-level reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage system integrators, Oracle partners, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders.
