Job description

NV are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation. The guiding principle for this finance transformation programme is "adopt not adapt", the intention is to leverage standard, best practice Fusion processes, leaving complex legacy processes, and strengthen the finance operating model, control environment, reporting capability and decision support for the business.

This is a senior programme leadership role with responsibility for driving the successful design, implementation, adoption, and stabilisation of Oracle Fusion Financials and P2P capabilities within a complex enterprise environment with Finance as the owner of the target operating model, reporting integrity, financial output and controls

The successful candidate will bring proven Oracle Fusion implementation experience, strong finance and P2P process knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through a controlled, auditable, and business-led transformation. This role requires a delivery-focused leader who can work confidently with senior stakeholders, system integration partners, Finance, Procurement, HR and the wider business teams to ensure the programme delivers meaningful business outcomes, including faster and improved reporting, reduced manual intervention and a smooth transition to BAU

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities across Finance and Procurement.
  • Lead the Procurement process to select a System Integration partner to implement the solution.
  • Design and build out the Implementation team to guarantee success and smooth transition to BAU.
  • Oversee programme planning, governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision‑making forums.
  • Establish and support effective Finance‑led governance, ensuring key decisions on process design, controls, data migration, reporting, master data and business adoption are made with appropriate Finance ownership and executive oversight.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement leadership to challenge legacy processes and support transition to a standardised cloud‑enabled operating model, applying the "adopt not adapt" principle pragmatically where standardisation supports control, compliance, efficiency, and business value.
  • Drive delivery of core Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, financial controls, and reporting.
  • Lead delivery of Procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, procure‑to‑pay controls, and adoption of standardised ways of working.
  • Manage system integration partners, third‑party vendors, internal delivery teams, and business workstreams to ensure alignment against scope, milestones, budget, and outcomes.
  • Oversee data migration, reconciliation, integration readiness, testing, cutover planning, go‑live readiness, and post go‑live stabilisation,
  • Ensure appropriate auditability, financial governance, compliance, and control disciplines are embedded throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and change management activities.
About You

You will be a senior transformation professional with hands-on experience of delivering Oracle Fusion ERP programmes. You will be comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments where process standardisation, data quality, controls, governance, and business adoption are critical to success. You will understand Finance as an operating model, not simply as a set of system modules, and will be able to challenge both implementation partners and internal stakeholders where design decisions could affect control, reporting, efficiency, or long‑term value.

  • Experience working in a complex Finance Function with practical knowledge of Finance process design and implementation.

  • Experience of managing migration from legacy Oracle EBS platform and processes to a standardized Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience of leveraging native Oracle Fusion AI capabilities to drive efficiencies
  • Formal Programme or project management accreditation such as MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong financial, operational, control and value delivery awareness.
  • Confident challenging legacy ways of working and driving standardisation.
  • Pragmatic, resilient, and outcome‑focused, with the ability to maintain momentum in a complex delivery environment.
