Qualifications

• 10+ years of programme management leading large, complex transformation programmes.
• Experience in a complex Finance Function with practical knowledge of Finance process design and implementation.
• Proven experience leading or delivering Oracle Fusion ERP implementations using standard out-of-the-box processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials suite (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and related Finance transformation processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, P2P).
• Programme governance, delivery planning, risk management, dependency management, budget management and executive reporting capability.
• Experience managing system integrators, Oracle partners, vendors, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence Finance, Procurement, HR, IT and senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing integrations, testing, data migration, cutover, and post go-live support.
• Experience migrating from legacy Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with enterprise data platforms.
• Experience leveraging native Oracle Fusion AI capabilities to drive efficiencies.
• Formal programme accreditation (MSP, PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent; Change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities across Finance and Procurement.
• Lead the Procurement process to select a System Integration partner to implement the solution.
• Design and build out the Implementation team for smooth BAU transition.
• Oversee programme planning, governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making forums.
• Ensure governance, data migration, reporting, controls and compliance are embedded.
• Drive standardised cloud-enabled operating model with Finance ownership.
• Manage system integration partners, vendors, and delivery teams to align scope, milestones, and budget.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover planning, go-live readiness and stabilisation.
• Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption and change management.
