Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead a major ERP transformation. The role drives standardisation, data quality and strong controls across Finance and Procurement, adopting best practice Fusion processes.

You will work with senior stakeholders and partners to deliver faster reporting, reduced manual intervention, and a smooth transition to BAU in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Senior transformation professional with hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP programme delivery.
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional ERP transformation projects in complex environments.
• Proven ability to design, govern, and deliver finance/Procurement processes end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities across Finance and Procurement.
• Oversee governance, risk management, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Build and guide the implementation team for a smooth BAU transition.
• Manage data migration, cutover, testing, and go‑live readiness.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement leadership to standardise cloud‑enabled operating model.
• Ensure auditability and strong financial governance throughout the programme lifecycle.
