The role requires governance across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits, with a focus on change management and stakeholder engagement in a Dublin-based project.

Qualifications

• Proven PM track record with hands-on experience leading at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• 7+ years total project management experience in mid-to-large enterprises.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, data migration, integration frameworks, and security models.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle Cloud certification desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for the Oracle Fusion implementation across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive user adoption.
• Oversee external consultants, technical teams, and internal resources to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job description

HRM Serarch Partners is seeking an experienced, results-driven Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of our upcoming Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.

In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between internal HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Lead the full project lifecycle for the Oracle Fusion implementation (covering modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits), ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile/Waterfall).
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define business requirements, manage expectations, and drive user adoption.
• Resource & Vendor Management: Oversee external consultants, technical teams, and internal resources to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Change Management: Partner with HR communications and training teams to develop comprehensive change management strategies for a smooth organisational transition.
• Status Reporting: Provide regular, transparent project updates, milestones, and budget tracking to executive leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager with hands-on experience leading at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Professional Background: 7+ years of total project management experience, preferably within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, data migration strategies, integration frameworks, and security models.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or official Oracle Cloud certification is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
