Qualificações

• 1+ years experience in data analytics or Technical Support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Become a deep expert in the Omni product and best practices.
• Assist customers via Slack with data issues and product navigation.
• Provide proactive technical support and creative solutions.
• Stay up to date on product improvements and features.
• Voice customer needs in discussions with Product and Engineering.
