Job summary

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong organisational habits and proactive learning.
• Hands-on with technical/data layers; able to interpret data without reliance on others.
• Familiar with Git and version control; can review and diagnose via console/tools.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; uses browser dev tools for data review.
• Strong communication with clients and developers; translates complex concepts clearly.
• Solid SQL literacy; comfortable writing and interpreting queries in a data layer.

Responsibilities

• Own, investigate and solve technical problems independently, escalating when needed.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and RTB/impression issues with clients and developers.
• Serve as the go-to technical contact for the team; simplify complexity for clients.
• Author and maintain internal process documentation; advise on client-facing docs for clarity.
• Support Sales by communicating technical concepts to clients and leads, and help with SLA management.
• Lead client calls and meetings; ask diagnostic questions to troubleshoot effectively.
• Develop deep knowledge of product lines, roadmap and ad-network platform; work with engineering on resolutions.
