Singlepoint is seeking a Data Analyst to join our fast growing software delivery team in Dublin City Centre. You will primarily work onsite at the European headquarters of a leading social media company.

The role focuses on automation, data sets, and reporting to track performance across markets and products, with an emphasis on BI visualization, Excel proficiency, and strong problem solving. You will operate within an Agile team and contribute to sales operations and strategy.

Formación

• Solid post-collegiate experience in a quantitative field (e.g. business analytics, BI).
• Proficiency with SQL and experience building/extracting datasets from large/complex databases.
• Experience with BI solutions such as Tableau is a must.
• Experience in data visualization and building scalable reporting tools preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem solving with insights from large datasets.
• Experience in online advertising is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain key data sets and reporting to track and manage the performance of the markets and products.
• Drive operational excellence through identifying and executing opportunities that create efficiency and improve processes.
• Provide business analytics to support growth initiatives.
• Project-manage centralized tools for data extraction and automated insights.
• Conduct insightful analysis using internal/external data to drive decisions.
• Analyze channel, vertical, and sub-vertical performance to identify revenue levers.
• Support sales strategies with robust analysis of performance and opportunities.
• Contribute to shaping sales operations and strategy.
