Job summary

Maurice Doody Sales Ltd in Limerick is seeking a data-oriented professional to take ownership of our product data, from shelf stock to website and B2B platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy.

You will maintain product data in Sage, run cycle counts, update website with descriptions and specs, reconcile data with Sage for pricing and stock, and produce regular reports to support buying decisions. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven data accuracy and attention to detail in product data.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups and large data sets.
• Experience with ERP/stock systems (Sage, SAP, Intact, K8 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product data in Sage: codes, GTINs, stock locations.
• Carry out cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Deactivate discontinued lines and keep the catalogue clean.
• Add new products to the website with full descriptions, specs and categorisation.
• Reconcile website data against Sage to align pricing and stock.
• Log, chase and resolve issues with external software providers.
• Monitor the site for errors, broken pages and missing data.
• Produce regular stock, sales and product reports from Sage to support decisions.
