Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin is seeking an experienced Transformation Lead within Investor Services to review current processes and drive measurable, scalable improvements across the operating model. You will partner with management and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and strengthen controls while maintaining exceptional client outcomes.

The role emphasizes private markets knowledge, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with technology teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transfer agency or investor services.
• Experience with automation and operating model change.
• Knowledge of capital calls, sub-closes, distributions and investor servicing requirements.
• Experience with Investran, Geneva and NTAS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as transformation lead to simplify and automate processes.
• Review procedures, controls, technology usage and client deliverables to identify inefficiencies and risk.
• Define and implement future-state operating model improvements and measurable success criteria.
• Collaborate across Investor Services, AML, Technology and Relationship Management teams to improve end-to-end service.
• Create process maps, implementation materials and governance updates.
