Job summary

Marlin Hotels seeks a pricing and revenue specialist to own pricing and distribution for its Dublin and London properties. You will influence revenue strategy, oversee the RM system, and drive direct bookings while analysing market dynamics.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, a 2.1-degree in Finance/Business/Hospitality, and a detail-oriented mindset. Office-based role with centralised commercial team and fast impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 degree required; studying or graduated in Finance, Business or Hospitality is welcomed.
• Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pricing for assigned Dublin/London properties to maximise RevPAR.
• Manage the revenue management system and justify overrides.
• Anticipate demand drivers and price ahead of events and seasons.
• Design and measure pricing strategies (length-of-stay rules, offers).
• Own compset strategy and identify mispricing; present weekly reviews.
• Manage channel mix and grow direct bookings; evaluate OTA campaigns.
