  • Anticipate demand drivers in Dublin and London, such as concerts, conferences, sports fixtures, airline capacity and seasonality, and price ahead of them.
  • Design, launch and measure pricing strategies, such as length-of-stay rules, advance purchase offers and packages.
Market and competitor intelligence
  • Own compset strategy for each property, keeping competitor sets relevant as the market changes.
  • Identify where we are mispriced and act on it.
  • Present a weekly market and performance review to the commercial team.
Channel mix and distribution strategy
  • Manage booking mix and cost of acquisition by channel.
  • Lead initiatives to grow direct bookings and improve channel profitability.
  • Negotiate and evaluate OTA campaigns and promotions on net revenue.
