Job summary

Production Equipment Europe is recruiting a Pricing Administrator to join our Galway team. The role focuses on creating and maintaining SAP part numbers, managing supplier data, and supporting the Pricing Team with reporting.

You will work closely with the Pricing Co-ordinator, ensuring data integrity across systems, and generating Power BI and Excel reports to drive pricing decisions. The role requires strong Excel skills and detail-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Experience working with large datasets and master data maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP experience, or equivalent ERP system experience, would be advantageous.
• Experience dealing directly with suppliers or vendor data would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to question and critique.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new part numbers within SAP in accordance with internal SOPs and data standards.
• Manage manufacturer information, manufacturer prefixes, item groups, and product categorisation.
• Review and process changes to existing part numbers including manufacturer product code changes, description updates, UOM changes, barcodes, and item status changes.
• Work with suppliers to obtain and validate product specifications, Intrastat and customs-related information, and manufacturer details.
• Maintain accurate SAP Item Master Data ensuring consistency and data integrity.
• Assist with clearance and obsolete item management and daily audits of new/changed numbers.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and master data issues.
• Manage the shared pricing inbox and Intrastat-related data/reporting requirements.
• Support item group reviews and master data improvement projects.
• Run and review Power BI and Excel reports to support the Pricing Team.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure pricing data is aligned across systems.
• Support the Pricing Team with additional administrative and reporting tasks as required.
