Job summary

Production Equipment Europe in Galway is hiring a Pricing Administrator to support the Pricing Team. You will manage SAP item master data, create and maintain part numbers, and liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate product and pricing information across systems.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems is essential. You will work closely with the Pricing Co-ordinator to deliver accurate data, reports, and continuous data improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets and master data maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams to align pricing data.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new part numbers within SAP according to SOPs and data standards.
• Manage manufacturer information, prefixes, item groups, and product categorisation.
• Review and process changes to existing part numbers including codes, descriptions and UOM.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain specifications and Intrastat and customs data.
• Maintain SAP Item Master Data for consistency and data integrity.
• Assist with clearance and obsolete item management and data audits.
• Run daily checks on new/ amended part numbers and resolve data discrepancies.
• Manage the shared pricing inbox and support pricing-related reporting.
• Produce Power BI and Excel reports to support the Pricing Team.
• Ensure pricing data is accurate and aligned across systems.
