Audi Centre Dublin is looking for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dublin. You will represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, working with the Sales Manager and experienced colleagues to deliver exceptional service and sales results.

You will engage with customers across channels, propose fitting vehicle solutions, and guide test drives, negotiations, and post-sale documentation.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm. Day off in week in lieu

Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email to understand their needs

Negotiate and close sales with confidence and professionalism

Manage all related sales documentation and follow-up processes

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for customer care

Ambition to achieve targets and exceed expectations

Previous experience in automotive or customer-facing roles is ideal, but we also welcome fresh, motivated talent eager to learn and grow in the motor trade

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated to crack on with the job and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.

Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential. A drivers licence is a requirement for this role
