Michael Moore Car Sales Ltd. in Athlone, Ireland, seeks a Showroom Host / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers at the Audi showroom.

You will create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment that reflects the Audi brand and manages front-of-house and related administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail setting, with responsibilities spanning reception, showroom

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer-facing reception, hospitality, retail or administration role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in the motor industry desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers, visitors and business partners in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure every customer receives a premium experience from arrival to departure.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive, Service Advisor or department.
• Offer refreshments and maintain a comfortable customer waiting environment.
• Assist with dealership events, vehicle launches and customer engagement activities.
• Process incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier services.
• Maintain customer records and administrative documentation in line with company processes.
• Vehicle registration responsibilities.
• Additional sales administration tasks as and when required.
• Monitor showroom appearance ensuring reception, customer lounge and display areas remain to the highest standard.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle handovers and customer hospitality arrangements.
• Provision of administrative support to the Sales and Service teams as required.
• Work collaboratively across departments.
• Support initiatives designed to improve Audi customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
