Salary: EUR16 - EUR16 per hour

Are you an experienced receptionist who thrives on a busy front desk? We're looking for a confident, polished temp to cover reception from Oct 5 th - Oct 19that a premium motor showroom in Dublin 18.

This is a high volume desk, so you'll be the first point of contact for a steady stream of customers, both on the phones and in person. It's a great fit for someone who can think on your feet, stay calm when it's busy and keep everything running smoothly.

What you'll be doing
Managing a busy multi-line switchboard and directing calls accurately. Meeting and greeting customers in a professional showroom environment. Handling queries, taking messages and supporting the sales and service teams. General admin including bookings, data entry and keeping the reception area in top shape.

What we're looking for
At least 2 years' experience on a busy reception desk or switchboard. Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Previous experience in motor, hospitality or corporate front of house is a big plus.
