Job summary

Hilti Ireland is seeking a Pre-Qualification Agent to join our Inside Sales Team in Finglas Dublin 11. You’ll be the first point of contact to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities using Hilti’s tools, software, and services.

You’ll manage a working pipeline of leads, engage with customers to understand projects, and work with Account Managers to ensure a strong handover and progress deals to closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Sales Development or Customer Service.
• Full working rights in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a working file of leads and customers.
• Qualify inbound, outbound, marketing and digital sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs, projects and potential requirements.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities across Hilti products, software and services.
• Develop key contacts within customer businesses.
• Work closely with Account Managers to hand over qualified opportunities.
• Support the wider sales team in progressing opportunities and getting deals over the line.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information.
