Job summary

Hilti Ireland is seeking a Pre-Qualification Agent to join our Inside Sales Team in Finglas Dublin 11. You’ll be the first point of contact to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities using Hilti’s tools, software, and services.

You’ll manage a working pipeline of leads, engage with customers to understand projects, and work with Account Managers to ensure a strong handover and progress deals to closure.

As a Pre-Qualification Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact to new and potential customers — to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using Hilti’s innovative tools, software (like ON!Track, Fieldwire, VanGateway), and services.

You’ll be managing a working pipeline of leads to qualify, customers and opportunities, proactively engaging with them to understand their projects, challenges and potential requirements.

Using consultative conversations, you’ll identify and qualify opportunities across Hilti’s range of innovative tools, software solutions and wider services. Once an opportunity has been qualified, you’ll work closely with the relevant Account Manager and wider sales team, ensuring a strong handover and continuing to support the opportunity where needed to help get the deal over the line.

This role is about much more than making calls, you’ll be building relationships, developing customer contacts, asking the right questions and identifying where Hilti can help customers improve productivity, safety and efficiency.

We don’t expect you to be a construction expert. For us, it’s about the right person; the right person is passionate, curious, dedicated and collaborative – our training will cover the rest!

What You'll Do

As a Pre-Qualification Agent you will be pivotal in qualifying leads, building trust and ensure customer satisfaction across the construction industry — engaging with customers to understand project requirements and identify opportunities for Hilti products and services.
