Job summary

Hilti Ireland seeks a Lead Engineer to drive the assigned engineering scope within Large Projects, delivering high‑quality solutions on time and within budget. You will coach and support Design Engineers, ensuring optimal design and customer satisfaction across the Northern Europe region.

You will lead, coordinate, and deliver charged engineering services, resolving technical issues while maintaining a proactive, self‑driven approach.

Qualifications

Engineering degree with proven experience delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured, self‑driven approach.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead the assigned engineering scope within Large Projects to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
Direct the Design Engineers to meet technical objectives per scope, budget, and schedule.
Ensure design optimization in line with codes, standards, and customer requirements.
Provide technical advisory support and coordinate with customer disciplines.
Support development of project frameworks focusing on scope feasibility and time assessment.
