Job summary

Hilti Ireland is seeking a Construction Project Manager to apply engineering expertise in a consultative, technically driven role across MEP, BIM, design coordination and project delivery on pharma related projects. You’ll own project opportunities, tackle challenges faced by contractors and designers, and build a strong network with project partners and decision makers.

  • Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering Qualification essential.
  • Proven success within a Technical Sales, Sales Engineering or Business Development environment.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing specifications with consultants and engineering practices.
  • Full, clean manual driving license
  • Full working rights in Ireland

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end site implementation of advanced Hilti systems, BIM integration, and digital asset tracking across high-consequence commercial, residential, and industrial builds.
  • Act as the primary technical and commercial anchor for Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and site managers, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and legally compliant handovers.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal engineering, logistics, and technical services to align materials, interpret technical drawings, and execute complex change orders.
  • Enforce rigorous health, safety, and local regulatory standards across multiple active, high-pressure job sites

Construction Project Manager – Make Construction Better!
As a Construction Project Manager at Hilti, you will apply your engineering expertise in a consultative, technically driven role, working across MEP, BIM, design coordination and project delivery on pharma related projects.
You’ll take ownership of project opportunities, help tackle real challenges faced by contractors and designers, whilst building a strong network across project partners and key decision makers.

What You\'ll Do

  • Project Execution:
o Lead end-to-end site implementation of advanced Hilti systems, BIM integration, and digital asset tracking across high-consequence commercial, residential, and industrial builds.
  • Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the primary technical and commercial anchor for Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and site managers, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and legally compliant handovers.
