Job summary

Search Talent is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for Dublin (office based) to build relationships with builders, contractors and trade customers across Ireland. You will speak with customers daily, identify opportunities, and become a trusted contact in your portfolio.

No construction experience is required if you have the right attitude; you’ll receive full product training, work with our CRM, and have clear progression into senior sales and account management as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfort with phone-based sales and outbound calls.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product range and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, merchants and trade customers across Ireland.
• Prospect new customers through outbound calls and warm opportunities.
• Build and manage your own customer base from day one.
• Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
• Grow existing accounts through excellent service and regular contact.
• Learn construction products to confidently advise customers.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse and external sales teams to deliver great service.

This is an opportunity to join a successful, growing business where you'll receive full product training and build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, merchants and trade professionals across Ireland.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll be speaking with trade customers, identifying opportunities, solving problems and becoming a trusted point of contact for your own portfolio of accounts.

You'll:

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, merchants and trade customers across Ireland.
• Prospect new customers through proactive outbound calls and warm business opportunities.
• Build and manage your own customer base from day one.
• Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
• Grow existing accounts through excellent service and regular contact.
• Learn a wide range of construction products so you can confidently advise customers.
• Work closely with purchasing, warehouse and external sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage your sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
• Play an important part in the continued growth of a well-established Irish business.
