Mercier Consultancy Group seeks Polish Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to support travel and logistics operations in Greece. You will handle inquiries, bookings, and policy guidance for Polish-speaking users across the transportation network.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English for internal reporting and team collaboration.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Problem-solving skills, ideally in customer service or transportation.
Ability to thrive in a remote work setting with high productivity.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for clients in transportation, resolving inquiries quickly.
Manage scheduling and booking requests to keep logistics operations efficient.
Provide guidance on transportation policies, tracking, and service guidelines to Polish-speaking users.
Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and service issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction with professional, empathetic communication.
Document interactions in the CRM accurately.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of customer experience processes.
