Mercier Consultancy Group seeks Portuguese speaking Customer Experts for Dyson to join a remote-friendly team in Greece. You will provide expert support for Dyson electronics, communicating in Portuguese via phone, email and chat with international colleagues.

Relocation assistance includes flights and hotel, with onboarding and training. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; EU passport preferred, and residency in Greece or willingness to relocate is expected.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to communicate in a global environment.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a tech-savvy mindset.
• Residency in Greece or willingness to relocate for the role.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert-level support for Dyson's consumer electronics portfolio via phone, email and chat in Portuguese.
• Deliver professional, empathetic communication to customers and meet KPIs.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting, product guidance and post-purchase inquiries.
• Maintain product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador for Dyson.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet service levels.
• Engage with clients to offer solutions aligned with household needs.
