Qualifications

• Language fluency in English and Polish (read, write & speak).
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or business development experience is an asset.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional telephone presence.
• Experience handling sales inquiries and providing prompt, friendly service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Proactively discover client needs and advocate the product.
