Job summary

Stripe is seeking an SDR in Dublin to drive growth by qualifying leads and building the sales pipeline. You will identify high-potential markets, engage prospects, and coordinate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.

You’ll help shape campaigns, refine outreach, and ensure smooth hand-offs to sales while learning Stripe’s evolving products and strategies. This role emphasizes collaboration and data-driven selling.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Self-starter who can operate in a hyper growth environment.
• Interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential businesses and develop outbound strategies to bring them to Stripe.
• Follow up with Marketing generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and arrange meetings.
• Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation through qualified calls and scaling.
• Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for scaled interactions with prospects.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from Marketing.
• Partner with Account Executives to build strategy and prospect into designated accounts.
• Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs and qualify interest for hand-off to sales.
• Follow-up with potential customers who showed interest but did not initially become opportunities.
• Update CRM with activity and information; support weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
• Work with customers to support activation & deployment of Stripe services contracted.
