Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth by qualifying leads and building the sales pipeline in Ireland. You will work with Demand Gen and Account Executives to engage prospects, identify high-value opportunities, and support early funnel activities.

You will help design demand generation strategies, articulate Stripe’s value proposition, and create tools to accelerate outbound outreach. A hungry, smart, persistent teammate will fit well.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proven top performance track record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in technology and ability to operate in a hyper growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential businesses, verticals and markets; develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Stripe.
• Follow up with Marketing generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and connect solid leads to sales.
• Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls; determine scaling approaches.
• Codify best practices and sales workflows for scaled and bespoke interactions with prospects.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or inquiries generated by Marketing.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build strategy and prospect into designated accounts.
• Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs and qualify interest for hand-off to sales.
• Follow up with prospects who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity.
• Maintain CRM data; support weekly reporting and align with Marketing messaging.
