Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an ES Operations & Program Sr. Specialist to drive the Polish HR operations expansion within the EMEA region and beyond.

You will manage data queues, daily HR operations, and contribute to strategic programs, starting with the Poland go-live initiative. Candidates should have 4–5 years in HR operations or shared services, fluency in Polish and English, and hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR case management tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in HR operations or shared services, including Poland experience.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing/case management systems.

Responsabilités

• Go-Live Ownership: lead Poland expansion readiness, including policy reviews and process mapping.
• Local Expertise: apply Polish HR operations and labor law knowledge for compliant stand-up of region.
• Stabilization First: prioritize stabilizing Poland support before broader queue management and program responsibilities.
• Scalable Program Delivery: expand ES operations into additional EMEA markets and global initiatives.
• Subject Matter Support: support leave of absence, benefits administration, and core time-off policies.
