Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an ES Operations & Program Sr. Specialist with 4–5 years in HR operations to drive Poland expansion and scale ES operations globally.

You will manage Workday transactions, ensure compliance with Polish labor law, and collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, and Legal to deliver end-to-end service. Fluency in Polish and English is required; experience with HR ticketing systems and Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in HR Operations or Shared Services, including support for employees in Poland.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Solid understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Poland expansion and go-live readiness as the regional lead.
• Apply Polish HR operations and labor law knowledge to ensure compliant, successful stand-up of support.
• Manage data queue and complex Workday transactions across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal/Compliance to handle complex data scenarios.
