Salesforce, Inc. seeks an ES Operations & Program Sr. Specialist with 4–5 years in HR operations or shared services, focusing on Poland go‑live and regional/global programs.

You will manage data queue operations across EMEA and globally, collaborating with Recruiting, Payroll, and Legal teams to enable scalable HR programs while ensuring compliance. In this role, you’ll drive local Poland expertise, assist with Workday transactions, and champion AI-driven self‑service to reduce case volumes.

Formación

• 4–5 years in HR Operations or Shared Services
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and HR compliance
• Experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing systems

Responsabilidades

• Go‑Live Ownership: lead Poland expansion readiness and policy reviews
• Local Expertise: apply Polish HR operations and labor law knowledge
• Stabilization First: priority is stabilizing Poland support
• Scalable Program Delivery: extend ES operations to additional EMEA markets
• Subject Matter Support: assist with leave, benefits, and core time-off policies
• Self‑Service & AI: create knowledge articles and leverage AI to reduce cases
• Complex Case Resolution: manage escalations in HR tools like Workday and Service Cloud
• Process Enablement: participate in UAT and train teams on new workflows
• Workday Administration: execute Hire‑to‑Retire transactions with data integrity
• Queue Optimization: improve queue performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: cooperate with Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal/Compliance
• Recruitment Support Queue: manage recruitment cases and related Workday tasks
• Background Investigations: perform background checks and collaborate on testing
• Mobility Guidance: advise on compensation, relocation, and immigration
