Employee Success People Services is seeking an ES Operations & Program Sr. Specialist with 4–5 years in HR operations or shared services. You will manage data queue operations across EMEA and globally, supporting a Poland expansion and future regional/global programs.

You will apply Polish HR operations expertise, ensure compliance, and drive scalable program delivery while partnering with Recruiting, Payroll, and Legal teams. Workday HCM expertise and AI-driven self-service play a key role.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of HR operations or Shared Services experience.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on with Workday HCM and HR ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Go-Live Ownership: lead Poland expansion readiness and policy mapping.
• Apply Polish HR operations and labor law knowledge for compliant regional stand-up.
• Stabilization first: prioritize Poland support before broader queue management.
• Scalable program delivery: extend ES operations to additional EMEA markets and global initiatives.
• Support regional processes including leave, benefits administration, and core time-off policies.
• Champion self-service: author articles and leverage AI insights to reduce case volumes.
• Manage escalated inquiries using Salesforce Service Cloud and other tools.
• Participate in UAT and train global teams on new processes and workflows.
• Execute Workday HCM transactions across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle with data integrity.
• Monitor queue metrics and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal/Compliance teams.
