Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• PM experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources, including leave management experience & vendor management.
• Experience of benefits management across EMEA desirable.
• Prior experience in HR operations, shared services, or centralized HR function preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in a high growth technology company.
• Strong track record implementing or assessing AI, RPA, or analytics in HR/operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support special projects across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, including BRDs, UAT, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Proactively identify and deliver operational and employee experience improvements using AI, automation, and data insights.
• Contribute to post-project hypercare and stabilization plans for smooth transitions and adoption.
• Train and enable People Services on new processes, procedures, and tools.
• Build consultative relationships with operational management and Employee Success partners at all levels.
• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end SOPs and process maps with cross-functional stakeholders to harmonize global operations.
