Job summary

Uniphar Carrick On Suir Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a 40-hour, permanent role in Carrick-on-Suir. The team includes a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Relief, and 4 Technicians.

You will prepare and dispense medicines under supervision, manage stock levels, and support the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary. New technicians are welcome; experience in a busy dispensary is an advantage, and McLernons MPS knowledge is a plus.

• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.
• Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
• Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.
• Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.

The team currently comprises a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Relief, and 4 Technicians.
