Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Business Development & Growth Associate, Pharma to help grow Wisdo Health’s pharma business. You will research pharmaceutical brands, build prospect lists, and execute outreach campaigns using AI and CRM tools.

The role involves collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn insights into winning campaigns. The position is remote and aligned with Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years business development or growth experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience targeting pharmaceutical brands, patient support teams, or pharma agencies preferred.
• Proven ability to run outbound outreach campaigns and maintain a pipeline.
• Familiarity with CRM, prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research pharmaceutical companies, brands, and partners.
• Build targeted prospect and account lists and reach decision-makers.
• Create and optimize outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Support proposals, RFP responses and post-meeting follow-ups.
